Our Leadership Team Reverend Cherie M Silas, founder of Women of Hope Pastor Cherie Silas and her husband Anthony reside in Red Oak, TX with their two youngest children Toni and Aaron. They have four older children Brandy, Jerel, Chrystalynne, and Angela. They also have one grandchild, Trenton.
Pastor Anthony Silas, co-founder of Women of Hope Anthony is an accomplished guitarist. He and Cherie enjoy working together in music ministry. They also enjoy working together on foreign soil doing missionary work and training pastors whenever the opportunities present themselves.

Pastors Lee and Laurie Martin, Covenant Family Fellowship Dr. Lee and Laurie Martin are co-pastors of Covenant Family Fellowship in Ferris, Texas. Through Integrity Missions they conduct missionary work and play a great role in training and sending forth missionaries in many countries. They have an apostolic calling and a vision to see people many come to the saving knowledge of Christ. Directing the Clarion School of Ministry enables them to disciple many leaders and preparation to serve in ministry.
Reverend Glenn and Wendy Barras, Servants of All Orphanage, Haiti Glenn and Wendy live in Baton Rouge, La. They have three children—Amanda, Glenn III, and Nikki. Glenn is actively involved in international missions having ministered in Mexico, Honduras and Costa Rica. He is the director of Servants of All Ministry which houses an orphanage in Haiti caring for more than 60 children and several mountain churches. Many of these mountain churches are under the pastorship of former children raised in the orphanage. Servants of All Ministry works to educate and train up the children in its care and currently has several living in the United States on work study programs which are training them for ministry and medical careers.
